All of my block, fears and anxieties had become familiar and oddly enough comfortable after so many years of carrying them around. I was shy to reveal them, much less work on them.
John holds the space for me to explore so many old patterns that no longer work for me. It is not so much about revisiting the old pain again, as it is reprogramming our internal computer. It truly is the new paradigm. Healing can happen really quickly and painlessly.
I whole heartedly recommend John to even the most squeamish or shy. John is a true healer, and a magnificent Human Being.
