In this new age where the energy has shifted and most of us are aware of it but don't know what it means or how to utilize this new shift for spiritual healing.  The answers lie within and the awareness lies without in the mirror that we call physical reality.  The first step towards transformation or change is to have awareness.  For some it is difficult to imagine that the physical reality that we live in is just a mirror.  I can relate to these individuals for I was one of them, having a very logical mind it did not seem logical that physical reality was a mirror of what was happening on the inside.  This concept is even deeper, some people call its spiritual responsibility.
